A member of the Imperial Surveillance Corps who was assigned to "investigate" the murder of an Orca named Fyres.

In actuality, Domm was a part of the conspiracy to cover up the fact that Fyres had been murdered by the Jhereg.

Domm was generally a fairly competent investigator, but managed to bungle this assignment by being impatient. It ended up costing him his life, as he was set up by his "partner" Timmer and killed by Vlad Taltos once Timmer discovered that Domm was responsible for killing their mutual superior Loftis.
