Kragar

Vlad Taltos's former right-hand man. His first partner upon entering the Jhereg 'family'. Kragar's distinguishing feature is that he hasn't got any. He manages to be ignored, overlooked, sat upon, and even, on occasion, accidentally teleported by others.

Kragar is an ex-Dragonlord who joined the Jhereg. He began working as an enforcer for Nielar upon the condition that he would never have to give orders. Generally believed to have been kicked out of the Dragon after unsuccessful battles, during which he would give orders only for them to go unheard or ignored.

During his time in the House of Dragon Kragar met Morrolan, although the circumstances surrounding this encounter are unknown.

It was around this time that Kragar also began acting as a business agent for Mario, which, by the time of Dzur, he had been doing for around ninety years. (Possibly ever since his expulsion from the House of Dragon.)

By the time of Dzur, Kragar has inherited Vlad's territory, and continues to run it quite successfully. He has managed to overcome his near-invisibility within his own office by writing a lot of notes.
