An Easterner woman of about forty years, living in South Adrilankha.
Natalia was an active member of Kelly's Movement, though perhaps was not as fervent as some of the others.
Having learned to read at an early age, she was a voracious reader, and after spending many years reading Kelly's pamphlets, joined his movement.
She is known to have written at least one book herself, a history of the Imperial Head Tax.
