Psionic energies are utilized in the branch of magic known as Psychics, and are an important element (at least) of the Eastern practice of witchcraft.

Common uses of psionic abilities vary. They can potentially do anything that the user can imagine perfectly, but are notoriously difficult to control. Any time the mind wanders, the psionic powers will collapse, which can have dangerous consequences for the user.

Common users of psionics include oracles, witches, wizards, and Daymar.
