Rascha was a Dragon, and Corporal in Cropper Company, and led the squad that included Vlad Taltos, as well as Virt e'Terics, Aelburr, and Napper.

She wears her hair short, and has dark, narrow, eyes. She carries herself with a stiff military bearing.
