Kiraamoni e'Baritt's honorific, e'Baritt, is quite confusing: Baritt was still alive in Vlad's time, and the author/assassin mentions in Dragon that Baritt's offspring began using his name as an honorific only after Baritt's death. It may be that Paarfi simply drew this name, or perhaps the entire character of Kiraamoni, from his nether regions.
It's been established that Paarfi's books are being written contemporaneously with Vlad's lifetime, or somewhat after. So, possibly, Kiraamoni is a relative of Baritt who later changed her name after his death. Paarfi, writing after Barritt's death and the subsequent name changes, uses the modern name rather than the historical name.
It's also true that time does odd things within the Halls of Judgment.
