Welok the Blade

From the Lyorn Records of the Dragaeran Empire

A former Jhereg boss in Adrilankha. Welok the Blade ran the territory controlled by Nielar when Vlad Taltos first went to work for him.

During a war with his rival Rolaan, Welok hired Vlad on directly, and gave him his first 'work'; to murder a rival assassin named Tiev.

Welok was later killed, and his territory split up by Laris and Tagichatn.
