The Manor is located on cliffs to the southwest of Adrilankha itself, with a splendid view of the nearby ocean-sea.
The house itself is at least two stories tall, with ample living quarters, guest rooms, kitchens, and amenities of the modern home of an aristocrat. A key feature of the house is the matching terraces, an open one on the south side of the house, facing the sea, with a companion—covered—terrace on the north side of the building.
For a time after the Interregnum during the restoration of the Dragaeran Empire the manor served as the Imperial residence of Zerika the Fourth.
The covered northern terrace of the manor was used as Zerika's private office during this period.
